I have been painting miniatures since the age of 11, fortunate enough to learn in an environment populated by ex ‘Eavy Metal painters, current ‘Eavy Metal painters and indeed future ‘Eavy Metal painters I picked up countless tricks and techniques at an early age. Over the years I’ve been on and off with the hobby, leading to periods where I have had to relearn certain skills.

During my student days I painted for commission and to sell on eBay, however while I will still paint the odd piece for eBay I no longer take commissions. Working a full time job as well as painting, when I find time to paint I like to use that time to work on my own miniatures.

I’m currently Technical Director at Whiteroom Media, spending my days overseeing the creation of websites and web applications. In recent years I have started competing at various Warmachine & Hordes tournaments, meaning most of my recent work has been on armies to take to those.

My ultimate dream is to own a Golden Demon trophy. Since an early age I have wanted to hold one of those trophies in my hands, and the goal of my painting would be to achieve that. I still have a lot to learn, however one step at a time and fingers crossed I will get there!
